Bulgarian Seaside in pictures - Irakli

Irakli is a preserved area and a place for camping and other forms of alternative tourism, situated in the middle part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

There are two beaches in the area: Vaya Beach & Irakli Beach, separated by the river Vaya.

Unfortunately, Vaya Beach is no longer a "virgin" beach, as some construction works (mostly illegal) are taking place there the last years.

Bulgarians are still trying to safe the area from the mass tourism and construction /for reference: http://daspasimirakli.org/

Near Irakli is situated cape Emine. It is considered the boundary between the Northern and Southern Black Sea coast and is the end of the mountain chain Stara Planina.
